I ordered a scrub during the Doctor’s Day sale using a 10% promotional coupon. The scrub was intended for my husband, but it was delivered only after he had already left for Qatar. As soon as I received the package, I contacted customer support to request a return. The product was completely unopened, unused, and still in its original packaging.
I was informed by multiple customer care executives that the order was non-returnable because it had been purchased during the Doctor’s Day sale. However, this restriction was never clearly mentioned during the ordering or checkout process. Customers should be informed of such important conditions before placing an order, not after they request a return.
The customer support experience was equally disappointing. One representative assured me that I would receive a 10% coupon as compensation via email, but I never received it. When I followed up, another representative denied that any such coupon could be issued, was dismissive throughout the conversation, and disconnected the call before resolving my concern.
To make matters worse, after I emailed customer support, I received a response stating that my order was eligible for return within 7 days and that I should use the return portal. However, the return portal does not allow me to submit a return request, and multiple customer care executives have repeatedly told me that the order is not eligible for return. The email support team and customer support team are providing completely contradictory information, leaving customers confused with no actual resolution.
This experience reflects a lack of transparency, inconsistent communication, and poor customer service. Instead of resolving the issue, different teams provide conflicting information that cannot actually be acted upon.
I expected much better from a brand that serves healthcare professionals. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be purchasing from Knya again.

KNYA Med was alright overall. I got my order without any issues, so that’s good, but I do think they could be a bit clearer with their updates. Not a bad experience, just kinda average for me trust-wise

I liked KNYA Med mostly because the designs actually felt like something I’d want to wear. I’m picky about how my scrubs look, and these didn’t have that boring, basic feel most scrubs do. The colors looked nice, and the fit seemed clean and put together. The website was easy for me to browse too, so I found what I wanted quickly without getting annoyed. Overall, it felt simple, neat, and modern in a way that suited my taste...

The fit runs small, so I ended up having to exchange it for a bigger size. What made it more annoying was getting inconsistent answers about the sizing, so I wasn’t really sure what to expect. Once I sized up it was better, but the whole exchange process could’ve been avoided with clearer info

I had to follow up with support twice and I still haven’t gotten a clear answer. It makes me a little nervous, like I’m being brushed off or maybe even taken for a ride. I don’t mind waiting if someone is upfront with me, but the lack of clarity doesn’t feel great

The delivery was way quicker than I expected. I got my order in just 2 days, which is faster than what I usually see with a lot of other places. The packaging was fine too, nothing damaged or messy. Happy with the whole experience.

The fabric feels really good, nicer than a lot of similar items I’ve bought before. It’s soft, comfortable, and doesn’t feel cheap at all

I’ve been wearing my Knya scrubs for daily shifts and have washed them so many times now. i was kind of expecting them to start looking tired like most scrubs do after a while, but they’ve still stayed neat. The stitching is holding up fine, and the fabric hasn’t gone weird or lost its feel. Happy with the durability, though I do wish more brands managed this without making us wonder if they’ll survive a few washes.

I ordered from KNYA Med hoping the fabric would feel soft enough for long shifts, but not gonna lie, it felt a little rough on my skin. The fit was okay overall, but after a few hours it started feeling kind of itchy and warm. Maybe it’ll get better after a couple more washes, I’m not sure. For the price, I was expecting a bit more comfort

I tried ordering from knyamed, but the site felt a bit slow and confusing to use. The filters didn’t really work properly for me, and I had to keep going back around to check sizes. Checkout also took more clicks than it probably should. The products look fine overall, but the website experience wasn’t very smooth. Hope they improve it soon.

The box came crushed, which wasn’t great honestly. The weird part is, it looked like it had been handled really roughly before it even got to me. Not the best first impression.

The scrubs are fine overall and do the job, which is what matters most. I just wish Knyamed had more color options available. Some of the shades are really nice, but of course the good ones always seem to be sold out. Not a bad purchase at all, just something that could be improved.

I’ve been using it for a while now, and it still looks good. Based on my experience so far, it’s held up well and hasn’t started looking worn out, so I’m happy with it.
